We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say.
We aim to gather around patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
When you become a member, you will be invited to participate in our meetings once or twice year at the surgery, or you can also become a "virtual" member whereby you will receive news and be asked to take part online in virtual meetings and emails.
