Opting out of NHS Data Posted or Updated on 28 Sep 2023

General Practice Data for Planning and Research (GPDPR) NHS Digital's daily collection of GP data will support vital health and care planning and research.

The extraction of patient data programme has now been delayed and NHS Digital have made the decision to extend the time frame for opt out which was originally 23rd June and is now extended to 1st September.  All patients aged 13 and above will have to make their own application.
